Key Deliverables

  1. Initial review and assessment of the current context of professional capacity and organizational needs

  2. Prioritization and management plan with a focus on departments or individual

  3. Meeting with appropriate managers and/or employees and setting up a learning and resources environment

  4. Establishing a plan of training, support, and performance measures for those involved

  5. Deliver key training on Lateral Kindness, understanding of values-based decision making, and professional expectations

  6. Deliver additional training as identified and required

  7. Monitor performance and provide a report to management with any further recommendations

  8. Provide ongoing training, support, and assistance as desired
